Minor Cleaning Wuster Column Coating System

Minor cleaning after a lot or batch is standard cGMP in
the pharmaceutical industry. Before minor clean can be carried out
operators need to follow the standard operating procedure.The SOP
varies from one pharmaceutical company to the next.All saftey procedure

Open the Wuster and the Expansion Chamber and use a vaccuum to
removed the remaining particles.
Lower the filters from the Filter House and used the vaccuum to
removed the particles from the filters.
Circulate purified water into the Micro Motion or spray pump
make sure the water circulate clean before use.
Document all cleaned equipment in their log book and verify by
and check by.
